Getting

the remedē® System

TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR

Your sleep doctor can help you understand your options. If you don’t have a sleep doctor, your primary care physician can refer you to one.

CSA-1

If you have been diagnosed with central sleep apnea (CSA), your sleep doctor can help you determine if the remedē® System is right for you.

CSA-2

If you suspect you have CSA but have not yet been diagnosed, talk to your sleep doctor about your symptoms. He or she may recommend a sleep study to help diagnose CSA and determine if you may be a candidate for the remedē System.

Handout-new

The remedē System discussion guide can help you talk to your doctor about CSA and the remedē System.

DETERMINING YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE

The remedē System is generally being reviewed and approved by insurance providers on a case-by-case basis. After determining that you are a candidate for the remedē System, your doctor and their office staff will work with your insurance provider on securing coverage for the procedure.

If you have questions about insurance coverage, please email reimbursement@respicardia.com or call 1-952-540-4470 and ask to speak with a Respicardia Insurance Specialist.
